How is pricing determined?

What payment methods do you accept?

Preparation & Requirements

Do I have to be present for pickup/delivery?

Yes and no – During pickup and delivery, either you or a designated representative must be present to assess the vehicle’s condition and sign the bill of lading.

Can I ship personal items in my vehicle?

For safety and compliance with DOT regulations, we strongly advise against shipping personal items. Carriers typically allow up to 100 lbs of personal effects

What if my car has aftermarket modifications?

Notify us in advance for low-profile vehicles or wide-body kits. Extra fees may apply for vehicles exceeding standard dimensions.

Do you transport electric vehicles (EVs)?

Yes! EVs must have a 50-80% charge and disabled regenerative braking before transport.

What if my car has a dead battery?

We'll jump-start it for loading, but notify us in advance. Non-running vehicles must at least roll and steer.

Insurance & Safety

Is my vehicle insured during transport?

Yes, all our carriers maintain cargo insurance as required by federal law.Insurance for open transport is between $100,000 to $500,000, and for enclosed it's upto $1 million.

What happens if my vehicle is damaged during shipping?

Before transport, we document your vehicle's condition. If damage occurs, you must note it on the Bill of Lading at delivery and contact Driver immediately to file a claim.

How do you ensure the safety of my vehicle?

We only work with licensed, insured carriers with proven safety records. All drivers undergo background checks and regular safety training.

What's not covered by insurance?

Pre-existing damage, mechanical failures, or personal items left in the vehicle.

Are classic cars covered at full value?

Yes, with an agreed-value appraisal provided before shipping. Enclosed transport recommended for vehicles valued over $50,000.

Do you inspect vehicles for damage?

Yes, Carrier document the vehicle's condition with photos and a signed Bill of Lading at pickup and delivery.

How are weather delays handled?

We monitor weather and may delay shipments if roads are unsafe. Enclosed transport recommended for winter shipping.

Booking & Payment

When is payment due?

Small initial deposit is due when you book the shipment with us, We accept credit cards, certified checks, or bank transfers. and remaining balance is due once vehicle is delivered. you can pay directly to driver in Cash, Zelle or Venmo.

Can I cancel or change my shipment?

Yes, changes are free until a carrier is assigned. After assignment, cancellation fees may apply.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes! We offer discounts for multiple vehicles (10-20% each) and military personnel (10% with proof of service).

Is expedited shipping available?

Yes, rush orders (72-hour pickup) are available for a 15-25% premium.

Are there hidden fees?

No hidden fees. Your quote includes all charges except optional upgrades like enclosed transport.

Do you have a referral program?

Yes! Earn $50 for every customer you refer who ships with us.

Pickup & Delivery

What if I'm not available for pickup/delivery?

You can designate an agent or use our secure "key drop" service. Authorization forms required.

Can you deliver to a dealership?

Yes, provide dealer contact info and PO number. Commercial deliveries may have additional fees.

Do you offer weekend service?

Yes, weekend delivery available for $75 extra. Weekend pickup is usually free.

Can I ride along during transport?

No, DOT regulations prohibit passengers in carrier vehicles.

How are delivery windows determined?

Based on route planning and carrier availability. We'll provide a 1-2 day window when booking.

Can I get same-day pickup?

Same-day pickup is sometimes available for local shipments. Call our emergency line for last-minute requests.
